Pickup is in Malmö. The general pickup area is shown on the This Week page with each box.
The exact address and any door details are sent by email once your payment is confirmed, and again in your “ready for pickup” email. We don't publish the address on the site.
After placing your order you're taken to the payment step. Swish is always available. Your order is confirmed once we've checked the payment.
Not on their own. The Bakebook shows what we love to bake; each week a selection goes into the Fennec Box. Some weeks we offer extras you can add to your box at checkout.

Get in touch as early as you can and we'll try to move you to another slot the same day. Boxes are freshly baked for a specific pickup, so we can't always hold them beyond it.
Yes, until orders close for that week. After that we've already bought ingredients and started baking, so cancellations can't be refunded. Full details are on Ordering & pickup.
